Going out make-up

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

I think July is the busiest month of the year when it comes to birthdays, I think that all my friends are turning including me (Finally!).That means that there will be a of dinners, birthday  parties, clubbing and BBQ's so I have excuses to play with my make-up. It was my best-friends dinner party. I wanted my make-up to me visible but not a typical smoky eye that you do for night but something more interesting with a little bit of colour. I recently brought two eye pencils in turquoise and royal blue from MUA to try it out and see if the colours suit me. The colour pay off wasn't amazing but I like that shear wash of blue in my lower lash line.

Firstly I wanted to go without the false lashes, but after thinking and looking at the pictures I thought the look wouldn't be completed without the lashes. It gave a more dramatic, night-time vibe and I love it! I don't know if you can see the turquoise pencil  on my bottom lash line but I feel like it brings out the colour of my eyes.

The Products I used:

Face:

-Rimmel Wake-me up Foundation
-Maxfactor Pan Stik (used as concealer)
-Bourjois Chocolate bronzer
-Baked blush in Halo
-Rimmel powder blush in Pink Rose (My fav!)

Eyes:

-Inglot in LE28CA (Matte)  & LB28CJ
-Mascara is No7 Lash impact Volume (it's okay, nothing special to be honest)
- False Lash effect by Maxfactor (I personally dont like it, the waterproof formula doesnt work for me)
-Maxfactor kohl pencil in Black
-MUA pencil in turquoise
-Lashes were just a random buy so I don't know the brand and yes they were 100% human hair, I really liked them!

Unfortunately, I didn't shoot my outfit with my DSLR I only have an instagram picture to show you.

A little outfit of the day. I know the pictures are black and white but i kinda liked the vibe of them. Most colours are neutral anyway. These pictures were taken by my good friend Kinga when we went to central London and I swear we walked around everywhere from Wembley to Hyde Park! It was a great day so we figured we would pretend to be models on a photo shoot ha ha! These are the pictures we come out with.

Makeover please?

I love to play around with make up and hair, i mean which girl doesn't? During this half term i have meet up with my friend and we played a makeover, she is a beauty without make up but a little more perfection wont hurt anyone. I though i would give her the 'pumper day' that she needed by washing and curling her hair and giving her a glamours make up that will defiantly give her the confidence and define the beautiful features she already has.

Personally, i think that make up is part of your character; your outfit; as fashion it describes what kind of person you are. Make up perfects your imperfections and by controlling it you can hide or bring out any part of you face (eg. the color of your eyes). A settle brown make up will give definition to your eyes on those quick and lazy days however a dark smokey eye or a red lip will give you that sexy feature that screams PARTY! Either way you apply your make up, if you do it right the confidence should be raised!

THE MAKE UP

EYES: I have used NYX palette in number s101 to create a brown/copper smokey eye to extenuate her green eyes, smudging the brown eye liner very closely to your lash line with a copper eye shadow will give you that Mary-Kate Olsen look ( both on the top and bottom lid) . A highlight in a golden color on the brow bone and in the cones of your eyes will open up your eyes. A very thin line of black gel liner on top of the lid. Line your tight line (both top and bottom) with black eye liner pencil to close up your eyes giving you that effortless chic look. For you lashes, curl them with a eye lash curler, for mascara (L'Oreal voluminous in carbon black) 3 coats both top and bottom to give that dramatic false lash effect.

FACE: Foundation (Face Infinity all day flawless in Warm Almond), concealer (L'Oreal True Match in Vanilla) for her under eye circles and any blemishes, and any transparent powder to set the foundation and the concealer in. For bronzer and blusher and highlight on her cheek bone i have used the NYX palette in S101.

LIPS: I have used a little bit of pink Vaseline.

HAIR

I have curled the hair with hair straightener, before that i have washed and dry-blown her hair. The products i have used are a heat protect and hairspray.

Before- No make-up, hair dry-blown.

How to style a white blazer?

Recently, I've been wanting a white blazer, as for me its a essential in your wardrobe to have at least two blazers, a white one and a black one. I of course own a black blazer already, and for the past few weeks a white blazer is something that appeared in my wish list. However, I own a lot of things and another blazer in my wardrobe would be unnecessary as I already own 4. So I have created these looks to help me try and create different outfits for different occasions  The outfits that I created are looks I would personally wear. Each outfit have a different purpose. I love all of them, this will show you how can you style  a basic white blazer and turn to a party look or sophisticated, clean office appropriate look.

DATE NIGHT
WORK/OFFICE
PARTY NIGHT OUT
CASUAL DAY OUT

1. A simple white blazer paired with dark washed jeans will give a balance as well as contrast between the main pieces of your outfit. I choose to do a colour block for more intense and interesting look (on dates you want to attract your partner, and colour is what you need). Blue top and black accessories would be boring so for shoes I choose a sexy red stiletto heel which is feminine and will give the outfit a girly, flirty look.

2. Personally I love a clean white look with extra brown accessories that adds a touch of colour, very settled though. White blazer, white jeans and a white top gives you a straight line which makes you look taller and slimmer. The brown heel and huge sunglasses adds a trendy finish to this office/work look.

3. It's Party Time! a white blazer paired with orange high waisted shorts and a black bustier its a perfect combinations for a night out clubbing or a house party. The orange shorts are a fun way to give that touch of colour to your outfits. However, full attentions is probably faced towards those gorgeous sparkly, gold high heels that just screams party. A pair of amazing heels makes a girl look sexy and ready to dance.

 4. for those casual shopping days you want to make yourself feel comfortable and 'lazy' but you still want to keep your style and make your outfit look 'well putted together' (if you know what I mean). A pair of boyfriend jeans and an over sized jumper will make the deal. Throwing a white blazer over an over sized jumper will give you that street style. Putting a nice big hat and a pair of brown booties will make the deal.

Boxing Day Sale

Boxing day sale in the UK is a huge day for women, all the stores have huge sales on nearly all the items, heaven right? Of course I could not pass this day as it was a great opportunity to go out and do what I can do the best. Shopping!

However, to my luck I did not found that many clothing items on the sale section as I wish I could. On the other hand I brought what I wanted for ages now, a leather jacket a great piece that is an essential in a women's wardrobe.

Here are the items I have brought:

Booties- ZAR
Studded Jeans - Pull and bear
Heels- New look
Wool Shorts- New look
Faux Leather Jacket- Pull and bear.

a shoe obsession?

I am defiantly a shoe addict, a shoe lover or I am just genially being a women.By doing some online shopping I have notice there are so many nice, cute and super-hot booties. I fell in love with boots this fall. I personally only own 2 pars of boots. Which are a basic black boots on a 2.5inch heel and some biker combat brown ones. I love them but a women should never have enough of shoes in her closet. From motorcycle shoes to really elegant ones for those days went your going put with your loved one, either they are all beautiful and wish I could own all of them. This is what I am loving at the moment, of course in the shoes category.
